Friends of the Museums is a non-profit organization that is managing both the Ohio River Museum and the Campus Martius Museum on behalf of the Ohio Historical Society. New local management allows the museums to be open more days and improve visitor services.
Your membership with the Friends of the Museums will also provide more community involvement and will help ensure both museums continue to be sources of community pride. Friends of the Museums are committed to preserving and presenting the past in a way that informs and enlightens, intrigues and enriches, and helps people understand their own place in history.

The Friends of the Museums, Inc. is hosting a jazz benefit featuring the band, "High Society Jazz". Come enjoy a buffet dinner at the Lafayette Hotel Grand Ballroom preceeding the Jazz Concert. Concert tickets may be purchased separately or as a dinner and concert combination. Your involvement and contribution benefits not only Campus Martius & the Ohio River Museums but the community as well. Through your support, the museums will be able to offer a wider variety of programs for the community's enjoyment. We look forward to hearing from you.
